  • We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries
  • Clients retain ownership of their own data and content
  • Custom deliverables are governed by the specific service agreement

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

5.Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure timely cooperation and approvals
  • Maintain backups of data unless otherwise agreed
  • Use delivered systems according to best practices

6.Fees and Payments

  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Applicable taxes are the client’s responsibility

7.Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public or proprietary information disclosed during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

8.Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to share data with us.

9.Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services or specific business outcomes.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dovetail Solutions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

11.Termination

Either party may terminate services as per the applicable agreement. Outstanding fees become immediately payable upon termination.

12.Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber incidents, or government actions.

13.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Zirakpur, Punjab (Chandigarh) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
